'Shri Ram Navayuvak Mandal Gram Vikas Samiti', Guradi has been doing tremendous work for social harmony and economic growth in the village since last two decades. They have empowered unemployed youth and provided employment opportunities. It also provides financial assistance up to Rs. 1Cr to empower needy local businessmen. They also established a cow shed to address the issue of stray animals. The cowshed built in year 2000 has around hundred healthy cows today. The Samiti is working on developing self-sustaining ecosystem for the villagers.
