With 45 years of work in rural development, water management and farmer empowerment, Milind Madhusudan Joshi has connected more than 200,000 farming families across three districts, 14 tehsils and 800 villages in eastern Vidarbha with water conservation and irrigation management initiatives. His efforts have helped establish an effective model of community-based water management and rural self-reliance.
