Since 1995, the organisation has worked to improve education, healthcare, livelihoods, and the empowerment of women and young people among the Baiga, Gond, Kol and other tribal communities. Over the past three decades, it has benefited more than 75,000 people and brought positive change to tribal areas through residential education, healthcare services, skills development, natural resource conservation and self-employment.
