Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO)

ISRO achieved a historic milestone with Chandrayaan-3, making India the first country to make a ‘soft landing’ at the point ‘Shiv Shakti Point’ named by Prime Minister Modi on the Moon’s South Pole. The success of Chandrayaan-3 is a landmark achievement in the evolution of human civilisation. The dedicated team of scientists which made it possible has inspired youth to inculcate scientific temperament. The success streak of ISRO continues with its solar mission by ‘Aditya-L1’.
The scientists will be honoured with Sant Eshwar Vishesh Samman 2023 for their outstanding achievement and hard work and to encourage them to continue to be the pride of Bharat Mata.
